On Saturday your driver delivered a lift recliner for my husband to rent during his recuperation from surgery. Unfortunately, the footrest wasn't working properly. We kept the chair until Monday due to the lift feature. On Monday Wilson came with a BRAND NEW chair for my husband. It was still in the plastic wrap! He said when he learned what had happened on Saturday, he felt a new chair was the best option so my husband could rest assured that the company wanted to do right by him. We were very grateful for Wilson's kindness, professionalism, and friendliness. He is an awesome employee!

I can’t say enough good things about First Choice Medical Rental. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and genuinely comforting during a stressful time. We needed a hospital bed, chair, and other items to make my mother’s recovery at home possible, and they handled everything with incredible care and professionalism.
Dustin was absolutely wonderful—kind, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions or provide support. Delivery and setup were prompt and efficient, and it truly felt like working with a small-town company that still values compassion and personal service. It’s rare to find businesses that treat you like family these days, but First Choice Medical Rental does exactly that.

I highly recommend First Choice Medical rental. I spoke to Gary the owner. We discussed the equipment that would work best for my situation. The equipment that arrived was in pristine condition and delivered on time. A very professional company to work with. Also, Jose, the delivery person was wonderful.

I wish all of the companies in this area provided the same excellent customer experience that I had today with First Choice Medical Rental.
The owner took my order for a hospital bed and walker rental for my elderly mother. They also offerd that I could purchase the items or have new ones delivered in the future.What I never expected was such a prompt and professional delivery experience!

Such an amazingly easy company to work with, they did all the work. First Choice Medical helped us through the emotionally difficult time of handling our family member’s medical needs, so we did not have to.
